高校不同形态学生工作观的法学分析与实践启示——以五邑大学学生工作为例

摘　　要：学生工作观直接影响学生工作的实践效果。从法学视角可以将高校现实中存在的不同形态学生工作观归纳为三种:权力学生工作观、义务学生工作观、责任学生工作观。探讨不同形态学生工作观的法理基础,有助于学生工作者从本质上认识学生工作的运行机制、剖析实践中遇到的典型问题、提升实践效果。Students' work values directly affects the students' practice effect. From a legal perspective,the college students' work values can be reducible to three forms: power view,obligation view,and responsibility view. Exploring the legal basis of college students' different forms of work values can help student tutors to understand the essential operating mechanism of students work,analyze the typical problems encountered in practice,and improve the practice effect.
