摘　　要：细胞凋亡的检测是生命科学类本科生实验教学中一个非常重要的实验。在本科生的基础性必修实验课中开设"DNA梯状带电泳"、"吖啶橙荧光染色法"和"台盼蓝染色法"3个实验项目,向学生教授简便的、典型的细胞凋亡检测方法。通过这些实验,可探索将现代实验技术引入本科基础性实验教学的方法,提高基础性实验课程的教学质量。The test of apoptosis is a very important experiment for undergraduate students majoring in life science.In the undergraduate students’basic experimental courses,three experiments are designed,named“the DNA ladder electrophoresis,”“the flourescence staining of acridine orange”and”the staining of trypan blue”to teach them some classical methods which can test the apoptosis easily.By this,the methods of leading modern experiment technology into undergraduate students’basic experiment teaching can be explored to improve their quality.
