摘　　要：鉴于经济发展新常态对创新人才培养的迫切需求,提出以大学生创新创业大讲堂为引领,以硬件建设为基础,以制度建设为保障,以学生自主管理为手段,以项目管理为抓手,建设大学生创新创业实践基地。实践表明,建设大学生创新创业实践基地、狠抓过程管理,可有效提高学生的实践创新能力。In view of that the new state of the economic development demands more innovative talents,this article puts forward a method to construct the innovative and entrepreneurial practice base for the college students,which is leading with college students’innovative undertaking lecture hall,based on the hardware construction,guaranteed by students’self-management,and using the project management as the gripper.The practice shows that it is helpful for college students to improve their innovative ability through constructing the base and confirming the process management.
