摘　　要：清华大学化工系安全教育作为化工系人才培养目标的关键支撑,不仅在化工安全知识的传授上力求系统和多样化,而且将工程职业伦理作为安全教育的立足点塑造学生的价值观。总结了多年从事安全教育的经验,坚持将价值观导向、安全文化建设融入安全教育的各个环节,为化工系培养高素质化工安全人才、提高学生安全素养和实践能力发挥了重要作用。As the key point in talents cultivation,the safety education of Chemical Engineering Department of Tsinghua University not only focuses on the systematicness and diversity,but also takes the engineering ethics as the foothold and reshapes students’values.With the abundant experience in safety education,this article makes enormous efforts to incorporate the values orientation and the construction of safety culture into the entire procedure of safety education,which makes significant contribution to cultivating talents in safety area with higher attainment capacity and practical ability.
