摘　　要：建立健全大型仪器设备独立操作培训办法和管理制度,发挥独立操作人员的作用,不仅可以显著提高设备的利用率,更有助于高层次创新型人才的培养。介绍了东南大学分析测试中心独立操作的管理模式和实践成效。Independent operation combined with corresponding training methods and the management system can not only improve the utilization ratio of equipment,but also help promote the cultivation of high-level innovative talents.The independent operation management mode and practice effect in the Analysis and Testing Center of Southeast University are described.
