基于语言测试理论的实用英语试题库构建研究

摘　　要：利用试题库进行命题是实用英语课程改革的重要环节,实用英语试题库的构建既可以实现"教考分离",也能推进标准化考试的建设。基于语言测试理论回顾及其新发展的分析,武汉电力职业技术学院对近年来的英语期末测试进行试卷分析,剖析现行命题形式的特点和弊端,提出建立实用英语试题库的指导原则和需要注意的问题。Composing an examination paper through a test item bank is an important part of practical English course reform. The setting up of a practical English test item bank can not only realize ＂exam-teaching separation＂ , but also boost the building of a standardized examination. Based on the review and outlook of language testing theories, this paper analyzes recent English final examination papers from Wuhan Electric Power Technical College and points out features and disadvantages of the current examination composition method, and therefore it puts forward guiding principles and problems to be noticed when constructing a practical English test item bank.
