摘　　要：目的：探讨雌激素受体β（ERβ）基因多态性与中国汉族绝经后女性高脂血症之间的相关性。方法：检测59例高脂血症绝经后妇女（高脂血组）及59例无高脂血症的同龄女性（对照组）的ERβrs944050的单核苷酸多态性,分析其与高脂血症的关联性。结果：ERβ的SNPrs944050的等位基因A、G频率在高脂血组和对照组分别为0.500、0.500、0.669、0.331。基因型频率分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。SNP rs944050,A/A、G/G与G/A＋G/G之间差异有统计学意义（P=0.02）。SNPrs944050的等位基因G升高高脂血症发生的风险（OR=2.03,95%可信区间为1.20-3.43）。结论：在中国汉族绝经后妇女中,ERβ基因SNPrs944050的单核苷酸多态性与高脂血症相关。Objective： To explore a potential association between the estrogen receptor β （ERβ） gene polymor-phisms and hyperlipoidemia in postmenopausal women. Methods： The relationship of the polymorphism （rs944050） with hyperlipoidemia was examined in 59 postmenopausal women with hyperlipoidemia （hyperlioidemia group） and 59 healthy age-matched controls（control group）. Results： In both the hyperlipoidemia group and control group, the ERβ allelic frequencies of A and G were 0.500,0.500,0.669,and 0.331 respectively. The distributions of the genotype of the polymorphism rs944050 was in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. A statistical difference between the wild-type genotype and heterozygous and homozygous variant genotypes was observed （P=0.02）. The variant allele G of rs944050 in the ERβ gene increased the risk of hyperlipoidemia （OR=2.03, 95%CI=1.20-3.43）. Conclusion：The polymorphism rs944050 in the ERβ gene is associated with an increased risk of hyperlipoidemia in Chinese Han postmenopausal women.
