摘　　要：缺血性卒中的治疗需要个体化才能达到更好的临床效果,这体现在对病因及危险因素的识别与治疗,超早期溶栓,一级、二级预防及血管内治疗等多方面。经颅多普勒超声在缺血性卒中的全程治疗中具有非常重要的指导价值,包括超早期溶栓中的血管探查,启动动脉溶栓的辅助判断,辅助溶栓治疗,脑卒中病因和病理生理机制的判定,某些抗栓治疗效果的判断,卒中复发和预后评估等。本文综述了经颅多普勒超声在缺血性卒中个体化治疗中的作用。To achieve better clinical results, ischemic stroke treatment needs to be individualized, which includes the identification and treatment of etiology and risk factors, ultra-early thrombolytic therapy, primary and secondary prevention, endovascular treatment and so on. Transcranial doppler sonography has a very important guiding value in the entire treatment of ischemic stroke, which includes the vascular exploration in ultra-early thrombolytic, start-arterial thrombolysis auxiliary judge, assisted thrombolysis, the judgment of stroke etiology and pathophysiology, the judgment of some antithrombotic treatment, stroke recurrence and prognosis assessment and so on. This article reviewed the role of transcranial Doppler ultrasound in the individualized treatment of ischemic stroke.
