肿瘤科护士对化疗性恶心呕吐护理认知状况的调查

摘　　要：目的调查肿瘤科护士对化疗性恶心呕吐的治疗护理相关知识认知情况,为今后良好控制化疗性恶心呕吐提供参考。方法采用护理人员对化疗性恶心呕吐的知识、态度及观念调查问卷对来自中国大陆3所肿瘤医院238名护士进行问卷调查,以描述性统计法进行数据分析。结果 55.75%的被调查者认为护士在化疗性恶心呕吐评估中起一定的作用,只有21.00%的护士会选择国际临床指南指导评估,53.15%的护士表示化疗性恶心呕吐控制依据多数来源于临床医生的知识,此外护士对化疗性恶心呕吐的药物与非药物治疗以及患者自我护理策略方面的知识掌握情况仍然欠缺。结论护士在化疗性恶心呕吐评估、控制等护理管理方面的认知欠缺。缺乏标准化的评估工具和护理流程、护理人员不充足,护士缺乏相关培训等因素可能是阻碍护士进行化疗性恶心呕吐护理管理的主要因素。因此,加强肿瘤科护士规范化疗性恶心呕吐评估工具和国际临床指南的应用、进行相关知识与技能的培训等是促进化疗性恶心呕吐良性管理的重要举措。Objective To investigate oncological nurses＇ knowledge about treatment and nursing management of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting （CINV）, and to. provide references for future control and management of CINV. Methods A total of 238 nurses from three cancer hospitals in China's Mainland were investigated about their knowledge of CINV. Descriptive statistics were applied for data analysis. Results Among all the nurses, 55. 75% thought they were important in CINV assessment, but only 21.00% nurses used an international CINV guideline to perform CINV assessment. Moreover, 53.15% nurses conducted CINV management according to the orders of clinical dqctors. Nurses didn＇t have sufficient knowledge about medication and non-medica- tion treatment of CINV and patients＇ self-care. Conclusion Oncological nurses have insufficient knowledge in CINV assessment, control and management. Lack of standardized assessment tools and caring pathway of CINV management, insufficient nursing workforce, and lack of related training may be the main barriers to good CINV management. Therefore, application of standardized assessment tools and international CINV guidelines, in addtion to professional knowledge and skill training should be conducted to promote the management of CINV.
