病区护士晨会交班报告质量评价标准的制定及应用

摘　　要：目的制定病区护士晨会交班报告质量评价标准并探讨其临床应用效果。方法在参考有关文献后草拟晨会交班报告质量评价标准,对20名专家进行3轮问卷咨询,将形成的病区护士晨会交班报告质量标准应用于3个病区39名护士(观察组),并与未应用该评价标准的另3个病区护士(对照组)进行晨会交班报告质量的评价。结果 3轮专家平均权威系数0.89;病区护士晨会交班报告质量评价标准最终确定4项一级指标、12项二级指标;观察组交班报告质量显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论通过对病区护士晨会交班报告质量评价标准的制定和应用,能较客观地反映护士晨会交班报告的质量,利于护理质量持续改进。Objective To formulate standards for evaluation of change-of-shift report and to explore the clinical effect.Methods Standards for evaluation of nurse change-of-shift report were created based on literature review,and 20 experts were invited to participate in a third-round consultation to validate these standards.Then 39 nurses working in 3wards were evaluated when they conducted change-of-shift report.The effect was compared with those who did not use the standards in 3similar control wards.Results The average coefficient of authority of experts was 0.89;and the evaluation system consisted of 4first-level indicators and 12second-level indicators.The quality of change-of-shift report was significantly higher in nurses who used the evaluation system（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Standards for evaluation of change-of-shift report can objectively reflect quality of change-of-shift report,thus to continuously improve nursing quality.
