摘　　要：目的 探讨唑来膦酸配合泰索帝治疗乳腺癌骨转移的效果. 方法 选取2011年1月至2014年1月乳腺癌骨转移患者80例,随机分组两组,每组40例. 实验组实施唑来膦酸配合泰索帝治疗方案,对照组给予唑来膦酸进行治疗,比较两组疗效. 结果 疼痛缓解总有效率实验组为92.50%,对照组为87.50%. 转移病灶总修复率实验组为55%,对照组为30%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（ P〈0.05 ）. 结论 来膦酸配合泰索帝治疗乳腺癌骨转移临床效果明显,可有效缓解疼痛,促进骨转移灶修复,可临床推广应用.Objective To investigate the efficacy of zoledronic acid combined with taxotere on bone metastasis of breast cancer .Methods From January 2011 to January 2014,80 patients with bone metastasis of breast cancer were se-lected,and they were randomly divided into two groups ,with 40 cases in each group .The experiment group was given zole-dronic acid combined with taxotere , and the control group was given zoledronic .The effects of the two groups were com-pared.Results In experiment group , the total effective rate of pain relieving was 92.50%, that of the control group was 87.50%;In the experiment group , total repair rate of metastasis was 55%, that of the control group was 30%, the differences were significant （ P 〈0.05 ） . Conclusions The clinical effect of zoledronic acid combined with taxotere on breast cancer with bone metastasis is obvious , which can effectively relieve pain , promote the re-pair of bone metastasis foci , so it is worthy of promotion .
