摘  要:LWL-120扒渣机在扒渣工况下,对扒斗油缸扒渣时的扒渣力进行仿真测试及优化。扒渣力是通过液压油缸压力经构件传递于扒斗齿产生的作用力,能衡量扒渣装置的扒渣性能。在Adams中,通过建立合适的弹簧模型来模拟测力计,可以得到仿真测试扒渣力,并建立了理论计算扒渣力的模型和计算,对比分析,验证仿真测试扒渣力正确性。最后,利用Matlab中的优化工具箱对扒渣力进行优化,优化后扒斗油缸行程变短,扒渣力提高了17.72%,提高了扒渣机的扒渣性能和效率,为扒渣机的设计提供依据和参考。The simulation and optimization of slagging force was performed on the grilled bucket cylinder under the slagging condition of LWL-120 type slagging machine. The slagging force was produced due to the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder components passed to the grilled bucket teeth. An applicable mechanical spring model was established to simulate the principle of dynamometer in Adams software, and the simulation could test the slagging force. A theoretical model was established to calculate the slagging force. The simulated slagging force was verified through the comparison. At last, the slagging force was optimized using Matlab optimization toolbox. The optimized stroke of bucket was shorter than before, and cinder force was increased by 17.72%. This method improved the performance and efficiency of grilled slagging machine, and provided the basis and reference for the design of grilled slagging machine.
