改良式硅胶管植入治疗泪道阻塞的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察改良前后硅胶管植入方法在泪道阻塞手术中的临床疗效。方法将泪道阻塞患者56例(60只眼)随机分为改良前组和改良后组。两组均接受腔内高频电灼术后联合行硅胶管环形植入术。改良前组(30眼)由硬膜外导管引导,改良后组(30眼)由自制探针引导。比较两组手术的治疗效果。结果改良前后组患者术后治愈率分别为63.33%(19/30)和90.00%(27/30),总有效率分别为86.67%(26/30)和100.00%(30/30),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良式硅胶管植入法安全有效,且成本低,治愈率高,并发症少,为广大患者所接受。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified silicone tube implantation in treatment of lacrimal passage obstruction. Methods 56 patients （60 eyes） with lacrimal passage obstruction were randomly divided into pre-modified group and after-modified group. Both patients were treated with high-frequency cauterization combined with silicone tube implantation. The pre-modified group were guided by the epidural catheter, and the after-modified group were guided by self-made probe. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of the pre-modified group and the after-modified group were 63.33% （ 19/30 ） and 90% （ 27/30 ）, and the total effective were 86.67% （ 26/30 ） and 100% （30/30）, respectively. There were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The modified silicone tube implantation is safe and effective, with the advantages of low cost, high curative rate and few complications, so it can be accepted by the majority of patients.
