摘　　要：本文将知识链演化过程与企业跨组织合作运行过程相结合,分析了知识链嵌套在跨组织合作不同阶段中企业之间信任的变化以及对知识链中知识运行的影响因素,构建了知识链动态信任评价体系。运用网络层次分析法,借助Super Decision软件解决了信任评价中指标的相对重要性权重问题,试图运用该方法对知识链信任程度进行评估,并为知识链中企业实现跨组织合作提供阶段性信任评估。This paper analyzes the change of enterprises＇ trust and the influence factors of knowledgechain when knowledge chain nests in different stages of cross- organizational cooperation,as well ascombines with the evolution process of enterprise across organizational cooperation operation process. Andon the basis of this,we build knowledge chain dynamic trust evaluation system. We resolves the problem ofrelatively weightiness of trust assessment indexes by using Analytic Network Process and Super Decisionssoftware. Trying to use this method to assess the degree of trust the knowledge chain and provide theperiodic trust assessment for the cross-organizational cooperation enterprises in knowledge chain.
