摘  要:为了研究牛磺酸对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响,试验采用32周龄的产蛋高峰期健康罗曼粉蛋鸡84只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复7只鸡。对照组蛋鸡饲喂不含牛磺酸的基础日粮,试验1,2,3组蛋鸡日粮中分别添加75,100,125 mg/kg牛磺酸,测定蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质相关指标。结果表明:不同浓度牛磺酸处理呈剂量效应地提高了蛋鸡产蛋率;基础日粮添加牛磺酸后,哈夫单位、蛋白高度与对照组相比均有所提高,试验3组蛋白相对重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验1,2,3组蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳相对重均大于对照组;试验2,3组鸡蛋胆固醇含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。说明牛磺酸能在一定程度上改善蛋鸡生产性能、鸡蛋及蛋壳品质,但高剂量牛磺酸(100,125 mg/kg)会使鸡蛋胆固醇含量提高。To study the effect of taurine on the productive performance in laying hens and egg equality, eighty - four 32 - week - old healthy Lo- hmann pink - shell laying hens at an egg - laying peak were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates of seven hens each. The hens in control group were fed basal diet, and the hens in three experimental groups were fed basal diet supplemented with tanrine at 75, 100, and 125 mg/kg, respectively. The productive performance in the laying hens and the relevant indexes for egg equality were determined, respec- tively. The results showed that the laying rate was increased in a dose responsive pattern with different concentrations of taurine. The Hangh unit and albumen height in the three experimental groups were increased compared with those in the control group when adding taurine into the basal diet, while the egg protein relative weight in the experimental group 3 was significantly higher (P 〈0.05 ) than that in the control group. The eggshell strength, eggshell thickness and eggshell relative weight in the three experimental groups were all higher than those in the control group. The cholesterol contents of eggs in the experimental group 2 and 3 were significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) than those in the control group. The results indicate that taurine can improve productive performance of laying hens to same extent, and improve egg and eggshell quality, but high doses of tanrine including 100 and 125 mg./kg can cause the increase of cholesterol contents in eggs.
