广东省大中学生性行为及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解广东省在校大中学生性行为情况及相关影响因素,为制定适合在校青少年的艾滋病健康教育和行为干预措施提供依据。方法采取多阶段整群抽样法对广东省21个县区大中学开展健康危险行为调查。结果共调查21个县区的中学生及8个城市县区的大学生共25 275人。男性占47.2%;女性占52.3%,平均年龄(16.7±2.5)岁。艾滋病知识的知晓率为37.3%,5.9%有过性行为,职业高中和大学生、男性、高年龄组、母亲文化程度高、家庭人均收入高、不与父母同住、知晓艾滋病知识、饮酒史及药物滥用史均是性行为发生的危险因素,重点高中及学生自评成绩好是保护性因素。结论应加强职业高中和大学的艾滋病健康教育和行为干预,尤其是高年龄组男生和成绩较差的学生,同时要结合预防饮酒、毒品教育与性教育。Objective To study the sex behaviors and associated factors among students in junior schools, high schools and colleges in Guangdong Province in order to provide scientific basis for making health education and behaviors intervention strategies among youth. Methods Stratified cluster sampling was used to enroll students from junior schools,high schools and colleges in 21 counties in Guangdong Province. Self-administered standard questionnaires were used to collect the information on sex behaviors and related factors. Results In total 25 275 students from junior schools, high schools in 21 counties and colleges in 8 counties were enrolled. Males accounted for 46.7% and females accounted for52.3%. The mean age was 16.7 years old. The proportion who understood the HIV / AIDS related knowledge was 37.3%.The proportion who had sexual intercourse was 5.9%. The risk factors associated with having sex experience were vocational school students, college students, being male, older age group, mother＇s education level, family income,living with parents, knowing HIV / AIDS related knowledge, alcohol drinking and history of drug use. Key high school,higher grade in school work were protective factors associated with sexual experience. Conclusion HIV / AIDS related health education and behavior intervention programs should be strengthened in vocational schools and colleges especially among older male students and those who did poorly in school work and should combine alcohol drink and drug use prevention and sex education.
