摘  要:卓越教师培养的价值取向是卓越教师培养的价值主体依据一定需要对卓越教师培养做出价值选择与价值决策所持的倾向。它决定了卓越教师培养的具体行为。卓越教师培养的价值取向主要体现在:服务于我国卓越人才培养的总体战略;遵循教师专业化发展的规律;最终目的应追求人的卓越;树立卓尔不凡的培养目标;体现示范引领作用;在继承传统的基础上追求创新;在借鉴国际经验中保持中国特色。The value orientation of the excellent teacher training refers to the tendency of the value choice and decision that make by the value subject based on the certain requirement. Moreover, it determines the specific behavior of teachers. The value orientation of the excellent teacher training is mainly reflected in some aspects including serving the overall strategy of the outstanding personnel training, following the law of professional development of teachers, pursuing human excellence as the uhimate aim, setting an extraordinary training goal, embodying the role of guidance, pursuing the innovation based on inheriting tradition and keeping Chinese characteristics in drawing an international experience.
