高校决策中学生分层参与的理论构想

摘　　要：高校治理中学生参与决策的层次划分问题是保证学生能否有效参与决策的关键影响因素,但就目前我国高校决策中学生参与的情况而言,显然存在诸多问题,包括参与层次不深入、参与目的不明确以及层次体系不规范等。针对上述问题,尤其是层次划分体系不规范问题,结合我国高校实际,提出三阶段五层次的学生参与分层理论,为学生参与高校各层次决策建立一种更为科学、规范的分层理念。The hierarchical division of students ＇ participation in the decision - making influences the effectiveness of their partici- pation. But according to the condition about students ＇ participation in decision - making of colleges and universities, there are some obvious probiems including plain level of participation, vague participation purpose and irregular hierarchy system and son on. Aiming at those problems, especially the irregular hierarchy system, combined with the reality of universities, Three Stages and Five Levels of students＇ derision - making participation is proposed. So as to more scientific and standard hierarchical concept is established for the students＇ participation in the decision - making of colleges and universities.
