摘  要:高校课程形成创新性突破,作为突破"瓶颈期"的关键,课程质量评价体系构建是重要的外部推动力量。高等教育对象课程满意度的全面评价,为课程服务功能的不断提升提供有力保障。针对课程发展核心竞争力的有效评价,使课程发展潜力能够得到直观性体现。结合课程发展成熟度的有效衡量,促使高等教育课程发展突破瓶颈期的根本束缚,最终使质量评价体系构建对高等教育课程发展的实质性有效研究提供外在推动作用。通过研究表明,高等教育课程发展应遵循可持续性原则,对质量评价做出具有直观作用效果的全面分析,促使高等教育课程以质量求创新,从而形成课程发展的实质性突破。The innovation breakthough is the key to breaking through the bottleneck of curriculum development of higher educa- tion, wherein the construction of curriculum quality evaluation system is an important external driving force. The comprehensive evaluation of target curriculum satisfaction degree provides solid guarantee for the enhancement of curriculum function. The potential of curriculum development can be intuitively reflected by the effective evaluation of core competence of curriculum development. By means of effective balance of the maturity of curriculum, the bottleneck of higher education curriculum development can be broken through, and eventually the construction of quality evaluation system provides promoting effect to the substantive research of higher education curriculum development. The research shows that the higher education curriculum development should conform to the sustainable development principle, comprehensively analyzing the intuitive effect of curriculum quality evaluation, so as to promote the curriculum quality innovation, thus realizing the substantial breakthough of curriculum development.
