摘　　要：高校德育评估是评估主体在一定价值观的指导下,依据评估的标准、程序和技术手段对高校德育过程及其结果进行评述和估量,对高校德育这种特殊活动的过程及其结果做出某种意义下的价值判断。开展高校德育评估有利于促进高等教育质量提升和高校德育工作趋于完善,不但可能,而且必要。高校德育评估的实现是科学的评估理念、完善的评估制度和有效的评估管理形成合力的结果。University moral education evaluation which is the subject guided by certain values, according to the evaluation standard, procedures and technical means to estimate the process and results of university moral education, in a sense making value judgment to the process and results of this kind of special events. Carrying out university moral education evaluation is beneficial to the promotion of education quality and perfection of university moral education. It is not only possible, but also essential. The achievement of university moral education evaluation is the result of scientific conception, perfect system and efficient management.
