摘  要:制造商为降低生产成本,可以在产品销售期前给零售商提供两次产品订货机会,本文研究在考虑信息更新条件下,制造商实行两阶段批发策略所满足的条件,以及如何制定批发策略。同时通过模型求解确定了制造商传统批发策略和两阶段批发策略,并对这两种策略进行了分析比较;最后通过数值模拟验证了模型,为制造商进行决策提供了参考。In order to reduce production cost, a manufacturer can give a retailer two chances to make orders before a product selling season, under the presumption of information updating, this paper studies satisfaction condition of a manufacturer implement a two-stage wholesale strategy, as well as how a manufacturer should make its wholesale strategy. In the meantime, the traditional and two-echelon wholeale strategies are obtained by solving the model, an analysis and comprison is conducted between the two strategies. What's more, a numerical study is conducted to verify the model, according to which ,some references are offered for the manufacturer to make right decisions.
