摘　　要：目的 探讨苗勒氏管源性囊肿的B超、CT及MRI表现,提高对该病的诊断水平。方法 2010年~2014年收治3例苗勒氏管源性囊肿。回顾3例患者的诊治过程,结合文献复习讨论其影像学诊断方法。结果 3例行全麻下囊肿切除术,术后病理诊断为“苗勒氏管源性囊肿”,术后随访6个月~1年,未见囊肿复发。结论 B超、CT及MRI检查均可发现腹腔内苗勒氏管源性囊肿,确诊依赖病理学检查。Objective To analyze ultrasonography,CT and MRI findings of extraprostatic Mullerian duct cyst so as to enhance level of diagnosis of the disease.Methods The radiological diagnosis of three patients with extraprostatic Mullerian duct cyst between 2010 and 2014were analyzed and relevant literature was reviewed.Results Three patients received cystectomy under general anesthesia.Pathohistological examination of three case confirmed the diagnosis of Mullerian duct cyst.Conclusion The existence of extraprostatic Mullerian duct cyst could be found by the ultrasonography,CT scan and MRI.The final diagnosis depends on the pathohistological examination.
