摘 要:肝纤维化最终可能导致肝硬化,是大多数肝脏慢性疾病早期出现的重要的病理改变,早期治疗能明显改善其预后,故早期诊断有重要意义。T1ρMR成像作为一种新的技术运用与肝脏纤维化的检查中,T1ρMR成像对肝纤维化发展进程的评估比较敏感。同时T1ρ值的大小与肝纤维化的分级成正相关,本文就目前临床应用及最新T1ρMR成像无创评价肝纤维化的磁共振成像进行综述。T1ρMR成像作为一种无创性的新检查方法,是诊断早期肝纤维化很有前景的方法。Liver fibrosis,which may ultimately lead to liver cirrhosis,is an important early pathological change of most chronic liver diseases.Most early treatment can significantly improve the prognosis,so early diagnosis is important.T1ρMR imaging,as a new technology application and examination of liver fibrosis,is sensitive to evaluate the presence and severity of liver fibrosis.At the same time,mean T1ρvalues increase with increasing Child-Pugh classification.This paper review T1ρMR imaging as a noninvasive magnetic resonance imaging in evaluation of hepatic fibrosis.The domestic and foreign latest literature,especially the research were summarized inthe progress in T1ρMR imaging and liver fibrosis in various MRI techniques.The results for the evaluation of liver fibrosis enhanced MRI scanning techniques include conventional scan,double-contrast enhanced scan and a variety of functional MR imaging.T1ρMR imaging is expected to liver fibrosis stage and grade for accurate evaluation.T1ρMR imaging as a noninvasive examination of new methods of early diagnosis of liver fibrosis is a promising approach.
