靶样含铁血黄素沉积性血管瘤1例

摘　　要：患者女,52岁。右腹部紫红色丘疹1周。皮肤科情况:右腹部皮肤见一直径约2.0cm的靶形紫红色瘀斑,靶心见直径约5.0mm的紫红色丘疹。皮损组织病理示:真皮层见灶状楔形分布的扩张血管,真皮胶原内见多量外渗的红细胞,部分血管附近可见含铁血黄素沉积。诊断:靶样含铁血黄素沉积性血管瘤。A 52-year-old woman presented with a purple papule on the right belly for 1 week. Physical examination revealed that a targetoid eeehymosis sized 2. Oem in diameter,with 5.0mm purple papule on the center,on her right abdomen. Histopathology showed the dilation of blood vessels foeally distributed in wedge-shaped pattern in the dennis. Extravasated red blood cells were in collagen and hemosiderin deposited in the dermis adjacent to blood vessels. The final diagnosis was targetoid hemosiderotic hemangioma.
