透明细胞汗腺瘤1例

摘　　要：患者男,23岁。左股内侧半球状肿物近1年。皮损组织病理检查示:真皮内边界清楚的近椭圆形肿瘤细胞团块,其间可见大小不一囊腔。肿瘤由2种瘤细胞组成:一种为椭圆形、胞浆嗜酸性、胞核泡状;另一种为多角形、胞浆透明、胞核小而深染并偏于一侧。免疫组织化学示:CK5/6(+),EMA(+),S-100局灶(+),Vimentin(-),SMA(-),Calponin(-)。诊断:透明细胞汗腺瘤。A 23-year-old male presented with a hemispheric lump on his left inner thigh for about one year. Histological examination revealed a circumscribed oval neoplasm, consisting of cysts in various sizes. Tumor ceils in- cluded elliptical cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm and vacuolar nucleus, and polygonal cells with clear cyto- plasm and smaller, dark-stained, off-center nucleus. Immunohistochemical staining revealed positive for cytok- eratin （CK） 5/6 and epithelial membrane antigen （EMA） in tumor cells. S-100 protein and carcinoembry- onic antigen （CEA） were partially positive. Vimentin, smooth muscle actin （SMA） and calponin were nega- tive. The diagnosis was clear cell hidradenoma.
