摘　　要：按众筹筑屋方案限定的种类规划各房型的修建数量,依据大小、价格等基本信息进行聚类分析,将多种房型分为舒适型、经济型、特殊型3类,同时也将购买人群的价值取向分为以上3类,定义不同价值取向人群对各房型的满意度。通过参筹登记网民对各种房型的满意比例调查表,计算出参加登记的人群比例,以所有人满意度之和最高为目标,建立优化模型并得出设计规划方案。The planning scheme for crowdfunding houses determines the number of all types of house.Based on analyzing the basic information of the size and price of houses, houses can be described as comfort-able, economical and special. And at the same time, people who have different value orientation can be dividedinto three kinds. On the basis of defining people＇s satisfaction with the house computing the ratio of people whohave registered for crowdfunding house by questionnaire, this paper establishes the objective optimization mod-el for the highest target of satisfying people＇s needs, giving the detailed planning scheme for crowdfunding house.
