蒙、汉族孕妇孕前BMI对新生儿出生体重的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解锡林郭勒盟地区蒙、汉族孕妇孕前体质指数(body massindex,BMI)的情况,并且探讨其对新生儿出生体重的影响。方法:以锡林郭勒盟妇幼保健院为调查点,以调查期间在该院住院待产的孕妇作为调查对象,对343例孕妇从住院待产到分娩结束进行调查,期间完成问卷调查和体格指标测量等相关数据的收集。结果:蒙族孕妇和汉族孕妇的孕前BMI比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.565,P=0.754);蒙、汉族孕妇的新生儿出生体重比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.067,P=0.967);不同BMI孕妇的新生儿出生体重比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.732,P=0.03),孕妇孕前BMI与新生儿出生体重呈正相关(r=0.288,P=0.000)。结论:母体孕前体重是影响新生儿出生体重的重要因素,对母体孕前体重进行适当调控,是降低低出生体重儿和巨大儿出生率的有效措施。Objective：To know the condition of pregnant Mongolian and Han women＇s pre-pregnancy body mass index （ BMI） and its effect on neonatal birth weight. Method：343 pregnant women hospitalized in Maternal and Child Care Service Center of Xilingol League were investigated from the time when they were admitted to the hospital to the end of the delivery, during which time the questionnaire sur-vey was finished and the related data of body build index measurement were collected. Results：There was no significant difference in pre-pregnancy BMI between the pregnant Mongolian and Han women（χ^2 =0. 565, P =0. 754）;there was no significant difference in neo-natal birth weight between the pregnant Mongolian and Han women（χ^2 =0. 067, P =0. 967）;there was significant difference in neonatal birth weight between the pregnant women with different BMI（χ^2 =10. 732, P =0. 03）;Pregnancy BMI is positively correlated with neo-natal birth weight（ r =0. 288, P =0. 000）Conclusions：Pregnancy BMI is an important factor influencing neonatal birth weight, so it is an effective measure to reduce the birth rate of low birth weight infants and fetal macrosomias to properly adjust the maternal pre-preg-nancy body mass.
