摘  要:三相并网变流器的控制需要电网基波电压同步信号的准确检测。针对锁频环同步信号检测方法,文中分析了锁频环在电网电压不对称时的动态性能。采用平均理论对锁频环进行线性化处理,简化为一阶系统,准确地计算出频率检测响应时间常数。结果表明,锁频环的动态性能不仅与电网电压正序分量幅值相关,还与电网电压负序分量幅值相关。提出了一种锁频环的归一化频率自适应方法,并与现有方法进行了比较,发现该方法的频率检测响应较好,能准确获取正、负序幅值与相位信息。仿真和实验结果验证了文中对锁频环动态性能分析的正确性,同时也验证了文中提出的归一化方法的有效性。The control of three-phase grid-tied converters needs accurate detection of the grid synchronization signal. For the frequency-locked loop based synchronization signal detection method, the paper analyzes dynamic performance of DSOGI-FLL under the grid voltage unbalance. The frequency-locked loop is linearized and simplified as a first order system through average theory. The results show that the dynamic performance of frequency-locked loop is associated with the voltage magnitudes of the positive sequence component, and the negative sequence component. The paper proposes a normalized frequency adaptive method of frequency-locked loop. Compared with the currently used methods, the proposed wethod has good response, and can acquire accurate magnitude and phase information of the positive sequence and negative sequence components. The simulation and experiment results verity the validation of the proposed normalized method.
