摘　　要：经过改革开放30多年的发展,依靠各种资源要素投入获得经济高速增长的模式已经走到了尽头,通过创新驱动企业发展和国家经济增长已经势在必行。甄选一些依靠创新推动企业持续稳定发展的案例进行全面分析,总结出可以复制推广的经验与作法,可为其它企业创新驱动发展提供借鉴与启示。With thirty years of reform and opening up in China,it has come to an end that the rapid growth of economy relies on the input of various resources.Based on the experience of developed countries such as America,it is imperative to drive the development of enterprises and national economy by innovation.This paper selects some typical cases which relies on innovation to promote sustainable,stable development of Chinese enterprises and makes a comprehensive analysis,trying to find some valuable experience and practice that can be replicated and promoted,hoping to provide reference and enlightenment for other enterprises to enter the new normal of innovation drive.
