摘 要:通过了柴油机进气道稳流试验及其评价方法,推导出压缩比、充气效率和进气压差对涡流比的修正公式。针对某六缸船用柴油机进行试验测试及仿真计算,获得其进气终了的涡流比修正值。研究结果表明:仅对压缩比和充气效率修正,获得的结果比稳流气道试验的Riacardo涡流比降低了16.1%;而通过对进气压力修正后,计算结果比稳流气道试验结果增加了5.8%。The inlet port steady flow test and evaluation method of a diesel engines were reviewed. Considering the compression ratio, volumetric efficiency and intake pressure difference of diesel engines, the correction formula of swirl ratio was deduced. The steady flow test and simulation calculation of a 6 cylinder marine diesel engine were performed, and the corrected value of swirl ratio at the end of induction stroke was obtained. Results show that: if compression ratio and volumetric efficiency corrected, the swirl ratio at the end of induction stroke would be decreased by about 16.1%, and if intake air pressure corrected, it would be increased by 5.8% as compared with the Ricardo swirl ratio under steady flow condition.
