摘　　要：高校教工党支部是高校中党的最基层组织，对组织生活实施项目化管理是实现教工党支部组织生活创新的有效途径。从教工党支部组织生活项目化的实践出发，分析了目前理工科普通高校教工党支部组织生活面临的主要问题，阐述了如何构建高校党组织生活项目化管理模式。The Party branch in university faculty level is the basic organization of the Party in universities. The implementation of project management is to achieve the organization life. Faculty Party branch organization innova- tion is an effective means of life. Starting from the practice of project of staff Party branch organization life,an anal- ysis of the current universities, especially ordinary ones of science and engineering, is conducted on the basis of the main problems of the Party branch organization in life, and how to construct the university Party organization life project management mode is expounded.
