干预诊断对社区卫生服务中心全科门诊精神障碍检出率的影响分析

摘　　要：目的：研究社区卫生服务中心全科门诊精神障碍的检出率。方法：选取2013年1月-2014年1月社区服务中心就诊患者160例入组研究对象，按随机数字法将他们分为对照组和观察组，各80例。对照组进行精神障碍常规诊断，观察组进行精神障碍干预诊断。调查分析两种诊断方法的灵敏度和特异度，以及两组患者的总精神障碍检出率及各项具体精神障碍检出率。结果：两种诊断方法的灵敏度和特异度均有明显差异，具有统计学意义（P ﹤0．05）。观察组精神障碍的检出率为58．75%，而对照组为26．25%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0．05）。观察组抑郁障碍以及焦虑障碍的检出率也均明显高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（ P ﹤0．05）。结论：社区精神障碍检出率较高，精神科医师的指导以及专题讨论会的展开有助于精神障碍的检出，提高精神障碍患者的识别率。Objective：To study the detection rate at General outpatient in Community Health Service Center. Methods：160 patients in Community Service Center from January 2013 to January 2014 were studied,and randomly di-vided into a control group and a observation group. The control group（80 patients）was used with mental disorders rou-tine diagnosis,and the observation group（80 patients）was used with mental disorder intervention diagnosis. The sensi-tivity and specificity of two diagnostic methods were investigated,and the mental disorders detection rate,depression disorders detection rates and the anxiety disorders detection rate of two groups were analyzed. Result：There was statisti-cally significant difference in the sensitivity and specificity of two diagnostic methods（P ﹤ 0. 05）. The mental disorders detection rate of the observation group was 58. 75% ,while the control group was 26. 25% ,so there was statistically sig-nificant difference in the two groups（P ﹤ 0. 05）. The detection rate of depressive disorder and anxiety disorders in the observation group were also significantly higher than the control group,and there was statistically significant difference in the two groups（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion：The mental disorders detection rate in the community is higher. The guide of psychiatrists and seminars can promote the detection of mental disorders,which furthermore improves the recognition rate of mental disorders.
