摘　　要：针对高职学生的特点和实际,杨凌职业技术学院从面向思想政治教育暨人文素质教育、学业、学生资助、双证书获取、就业与创业、心理健康教育、文体活动、学生公寓、学生社团和社会实践等十个方面的管理与服务工作展开了实践研究,通过卓有成效的指导与服务,促进了学生全面发展,提升了学生的职业能力和综合素质。Aiming at the characteristics and real situation of higher vocational students ,Yangling Vocational and Technical Col-lege carried out practical study on management and service regarding aspects of ideological and political education ,i .e .quality education ,funding ,double certificates obtaining ,employment and starting a career ,psychological health education ,recreation-al activities ,student dormitories ,students＇community ,and social practice ,etc .Effective guidance and service promoted students＇comprehensive development and enhanced students＇professional skills and comprehensive quality .
