以人为本:激发企业科技创新的精神动力

摘　　要：企业是科技创新的主体,要激发企业科技创新的精神动力,必须在企业思想政治教育活动中坚守以人为本的理念。"以人为本"具有深厚的理论土壤,从管理学视角看,它适应了现代企业"以人为本"管理模式的崭新变革;从思想政治教育学视角看,这一理念具有坚实的本体论、价值论和方法论的土壤;从哲学视角看,精神动力理论以及后现代哲学的人性观、生态观为这一模式注入了新的理论血液。Enterprises are the subjects of scientific and technological innovation.In order to stimulate the spiritual mo-tivation for scientific and technological innovation,enterprises are supposed to adhere to the idea of people orientation during their ideological and politic education.People orientation is rooted in deep theoretical soil,which adapts the ne-wness reforming of managing model in modern enterprises from management science point of view,derives from firm soil among ontology,axiology as well as methodology from ideological and politic education point of view,and has been implanted new theoretical blood by spiritual motivation theory together with postmodernism＇s views on humanity and/or ecology from philosophy point of view.
