外军人才培养对我军文科研究生培养的启示

摘　　要：文章从宏观层面分别介绍了外军高素质新型军事人才培养总体情况和高层次人文社会科学人才培养特点,结合我军文科研究生培养实际和实际需求,提出提高我军文科研究生培养比例的几点设想。From the macro level and respectively,here presents general education situation for high-quality and new-type military personnel abroad,and the educational characteristics of high-level personnel in humanities and Social Sciences abroad.By combining the actuality of and real demands for the education of graduates from social sciences, the paper puts forward several assumptions on how to improve the proportion of graduates from social sciences in China＇s army.
