“近似式”改编中的《包法利夫人》——以《瑞恩的女儿》和《亚伯拉罕山谷》为例

摘　　要：在《包法利夫人》的诸多电影改编文本中,《瑞恩的女儿》(1970)、《亚伯拉罕山谷》(1993)两部作品采用了独特的"近似式"改编方式。《瑞恩的女儿》是小说《包法利夫人》与导演大卫·里恩电影风格的巧妙结合,体现出宏大的背景里发生的细腻的感情。《亚伯拉罕山谷》注重对"包法利主义"的分析探讨,从而对小说《包法利夫人》进行了现代阐释。与诸多"近似式"改编的电影一样,《瑞恩的女儿》与《亚伯拉罕山谷》拓展了福楼拜原著阐释的视域。Among all the adapted film versions of Madame Bovary, two versions have adopted the unique approach of approximant adaptation： Ryan＇s Daughter shot in 1970 and Abraham＇s Valley filmed in 1993. Ryan＇s Daughter is considered as an ingenious combination of the novel Madame Bova- ry and the unusual film style of David Lean. This movie is a successful reflection of all the sensitive feelings generated from the rich background. In terms of Abraham＇s Valley, it is not a simple restate- ment of Gustave Flaubert＇s novel, but rather a modern illustration of the original work Madame Bovary in all respects. It is beyond doubt that approximant adaptation of Madame Bovary has largely expand- ed the horizons that Gustave Flaubert＇s original novels are able to elucidate.
