加味桑白皮汤抗青光眼滤过术后滤过泡瘢痕形成的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察加味桑白皮汤抗青光眼滤过术后滤过泡瘢痕形成的作用。方法：将50例青光眼再手术患者随机分为两组。其中手术治疗组25例,手术加中药组25例,中药组在手术前后两周,服用以桑白皮汤为基本方的中药,并随证加减,观察术后滤过泡的功能和形态,视力、眼压、术后并发症情况,以及滤过手术的成功率,对比观察2组临床疗效。结果：所有病人经过术前、术后早期、术后3~6个月观察,手术加中药组功能性滤过泡百分比高于手术治疗组,两者有显著差异（P〈0.05）;术后累计观察手术成功率对比,手术加中药组高于手术治疗组,两组差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;手术加中药组和手术治疗组术后并发症比较,两者无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论：加味桑白皮汤可减少青光眼滤过术后滤过泡瘢痕形成,提高青光眼滤过手术成功率。Objective： To observe the clinical effect by using Modified Sangbaipi Decoction（ Modified Decoction of Cortex Mori） on prevention from scars on the filtering bleb after glaucoma filtering surgery. Methods： 50 cases of glaucoma re-surgery were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in surgery group and 25 cases in the combination of surgery and Chinese medicine group. The combination group mainly took the Modified Sangbaipi Decoction two weeks before and after surgery. Postoperative morphology and function filtering bleb,visual acuity,intraocular pressure,postoperative complications,success rate of filtration surgery and clinical efficacy would be observed. Results： For all patients preoperative,early postoperative period and 3-6 months after surgery,the percentage of functional filtering blebs in the combination of surgery and Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the surgery group with significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. The surgical success rate in the combination of surgery and Chinese medicine group was higher than that of surgery group with significant difference（ P 〈0. 05） and the postoperative complications had no significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The Modified Sangbaipi Decoction（ Modified Decoction of Cortex Mori）could reduce scars on the filtering bleb after glaucoma filtering surgery and enhance the surgical success rate.
