艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗乳腺癌的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评价艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗乳腺癌的疗效及安全性。方法:在CBM、VIP、CNKI、万方数据库、Medline、EMBASE、ACP数据库中检索从创建以来至2015年1月关于艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗乳腺癌的文献,由研究人员对文献进行筛选和数据提取,并用RevMan 5.3进行Meta分析。结果:纳入11项研究,共759例研究对象,其中艾迪注射液联合化疗组403例,单纯化疗组356例。Meta分析显示:艾迪注射液联合化疗对提高乳腺癌患者实体瘤近期有效率。但目前尚无证据支持艾迪注射液联合化疗能降低骨髓抑制发生率、提高患者生活质量和胃肠道反应发生率。结论:艾迪注射液联合化疗可以提高实体瘤近期有效率,但降低骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应、提高生活质量效果证据不足,但还应该开展更多高质量、多中心、大样本、随机、双盲临床试验加以验证。Objective： To review the efficacy and safety of aidi Injections combined with chemotherapy for breast cancer. Methods： CBM,VIP,CNKI,Wanfang database,MEDLINE,EMBASE and ACP were searched from their inception to January 2015. Two reviewers independently searched the databases,performed data extraction and appraised the publications. The Reviewer Manager 5. 3 software was employed for data analysis. Results： 11 trials were included for analysis and a sum of 753 patients were enrolled in these studies,among which 403 patients participated in aidi Injections combined with chemotherapy and 356 patients participated in chemotherapy alone. Compared to using chemotherapy alone,aidi Injections combined with chemotherapy significantly increased immediate tumor response. However,there was no enough evidence to support that combined therapy can reduce the incidence of vomiting and nausea,prevent bone marrow suppression or improve Karnofsky performance scores. Conclusions ： aidi Injections combined with chemotherapy can increase immediate tumor response,but further high quality,large-scale,multi-center of randomized,double-blind clinical trials are needed to ensure the efficacy and safety.
