摘 要:目的探讨胃癌术后早期肠内营养对机体细胞免疫功能及肿瘤标志物的影响。方法选取本院手术治疗的胃癌患者46例为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各23例。对照组患者给予术后早期肠外营养,观察组患者给予术后早期肠内营养。比较两组患者术后机体细胞免疫功能及肿瘤标志物的变化情况。结果观察组患者术后机体细胞免疫功能改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),且术后肿瘤标志物水平下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃癌术后早期肠内营养可以迅速改善机体细胞免疫功能,且肿瘤标志物水平下降明显,具有重要的临床参考价值。Objective To analyze the effect of early enteral nutrition on cellular immune function and tumor markers of gastric cancer after operation.Method 46 patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,23 cases in each group.Patients in control group received early parenteral nutrition,patients in observation group received early enteral nutrition.The tumor markers and cellular immune function of patients in the two groups were compared.ResultThe improvement of cellular immune function of patients in observation group was better than control group(P〈0.05).The level of tumor marker in observation group decreased quickly than control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition can rapidly improve the cellular immune function in patients with gastric cancer,and the tumor marker level decreased significantly,which has important clinical reference value.
