摘　　要：清末在藏地边缘的康区南部发生的一系列政治事件,使当地文化、政治与生态失去平衡,战乱、匪患与当地政治机构的解体是康南边地长期处于动荡不安的成因。本文以历史地理学的取向,分析了20世纪上半叶西方文献中传教士和旅行探险家对康区的观察与报道,并以此对20世纪康区社会与政治的早期转型阶段进行了尝试性的分析。At the end of Qing Dynasty ,Southern Khams lost balance in culture, politics and ecology because of political events happened in this area. Wars ,banditry and breaking up of local political organization were the cause made the area be in long-time turbulent state. From the perspective of historical geographic, the paper analyzed the reports and observations about the area of the first half of 20th century form missionaries and explorers recorded in western documents, and tried to make further analysis on its early phase of transition in society and politics.
