摘　　要：论文从功能和技术两方面对国内"211"高校和代表性文献服务机构的查收查引服务平台开发现状进行剖析,针对查收查引工作面临的业务数量激增、用户需求多样、服务手段单一、流程管理混乱等现实问题,引入j BPM工作流技术设计出全新的查收查引综合服务平台,并从管理流程再造和学科服务嵌入两方面对平台设计理念予以阐述。This paper analyzes the development status of database retrieving service platform of domestic 211 universities and the representative documents information services organization, from two aspects of function and technology. For the database retrieving work is faced with numerous practical problems, such as growing number of business, various user requirements, single service method, confused process management and so on, it introduces jBPM workflow technology to design a new integrated service platform of database retrieving. And from two aspects of management process reengineering and embedded subject service, it explains the design concept of service platform.
