摘　　要：目前物流行业处于上升发展阶段,物流企业文化的建设显得尤为重要,企业文化可以作为精神动力来培养组织的团队意识,维持企业的稳定发展。文章通过对内蒙古K物流公司进行调查研究,分析企业文化的现状,探知公司高中基层员工对企业的看法和对未来期望的比较,进而判定该公司企业文化的类型以及对未来企业文化的期望,并分析其存在的问题,对公司企业文化提出了优化建议,为物流业企业文化建设提供一定的依据。The current logistics industry is in the rising stage of development, the logistics of enterprise culture construction is particularly important, the enterprise culture can be used as a spiritual motivation to develop the organization＇s team con- sciousness, maintain the stable development of the enterprise, This article through to the Inner Mongolia K logisties company for investigation and study, analyzes the present situation of enterprise culture and ascertain the company high school ju- nior staff to enterprise＇s views and expectations about the fu- ture of comparison, thus determine the type of the company＇s corporate culture and corporate cuhure in the future expecta- tions, and analyzes the problems existing in the optimization suggestions are put forward for the company＇s corporate cul- ture. Provide a certain basis for logistics of enterprise culture construction.
