摘　　要：执政道德,就是执政党在执掌政权管理国家公共事务时,体现的道德水准、蕴含的道德原则,以及执政党应当具备的道德品质和应当遵守的道德规范的总和。中国共产党作为我国唯一的执政党,其执政道德不仅需要体现先进性和纯洁性,更需注重"公私"两德并重。而民族地区因具有特殊的历史性、地域性和习惯性,其执政道德应是在社会主义道德的基础上,充分尊重民族个性和习惯,用善与恶等标准来评价,以舆论、习惯和信念来调节执政者的执政行为。The ruling morality construction is the key of combining rule by law and rule by morality as well as the require of the gist of the third plenary session of 18 of CCP. The ruling morality of CCP in minority areas, which has special regionalism and historicality, is different from general ruling morality.So it is the logic starting point of studying the ruling morality of CCP in minority areas to analyze the ruling morality of CCP in minority areas under the background of social integration to make sure what is the ruling morality, what is the ruling morality of CCP and what is the ruling morality of CCP in minority areas.
