培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年4月-2015年4月笔者所在医院收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者100例,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组单用培美曲塞治疗,观察组采用培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗,观察比较两组临床疗效和不良反应。结果:两组有效率和疾病控制率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:培美曲塞联合顺铂是治疗非小细胞肺癌比较优越的化疗方案,其毒副作用小,疗效好,这种治疗手段在临床上值得广泛推广和应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Pemetrexed combined with Cisplatin in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Method：100 cases with non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were selected, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group. The control group was used Pemetrexed alone, the observation group was given Cisplatin combined with Pemetrexed. The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of two groups were observed and compared.Result：The efficiency and the disease control rate of two groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Pemetrexed combined with Cisplatin in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer has comparative advantages of the chemotherapy,such as small poison side effects, good curative effect,this treatment in clinical is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
