试论高校教师岗前培训体系的构建

摘　　要：构建合理的高校教师岗前培训体系是培训工作进行到一定程度的产物,其既能够对培训工作和方式进行总结,又能够为工作的进一步开展和深入提供具有指导性和价值性的参考和思路。该文在对高校教师岗前培训工作的相关成果进行研究总结的基础上,结合当前岗前培训工作进行的实际情况,探索性地提出了高校教师岗前体系的概念,总结了其所包含的五个方面的内容,并对每个子体系进行了详细的介绍与阐述,是一个较为系统、全面、具可操性的一个体系。Pre--service training of college teachers is the important work relating to the construction of teachers＇ team. It＇s the first way of teachers＇ training, and it＇s an important part of the implementation of talent strategy for a college. The pre--service training system of college teachers mainly consists of five parts, such as ideological system, content system, security and management system, operation system and evaluation system. It can be more systematic, comprehensive, and operable. Besides, it may provide some ideas and references for current pre--service training of college teachers in both colleges and universities, and do the basic work for further research, development and improvement of pre--service training system of college teachers well.
