超声乳化在原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者治疗中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化在原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者治疗中的临床价值。方法将原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者62例(患眼70只),随机分两组,各31例。对照组患眼34只,行周边虹膜切除术治疗,观察组患眼36只,行超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组视力均提升,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,眼压、房角粘连度均降低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,视力分布情、眼压分布情况均改善,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,观察组前房深度增加,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组视力、前房深度均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,眼压、房角粘连度均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,视力分布情况、眼压分布情况均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论超声乳化可用于原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者的临床治疗,可改善患者的视力、眼压状况。Objective To investigate clinical value of ultrasonic emulsification in treatment of patients with primary angle closure glaucoma and cataract.Methods Selected 62 patients （70 eyes） with primary angle closure glaucoma and cataract were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 31 cases. The control group had 34 eyes treated peripheral iridectomy, the observation group had 36 eyes treated ultrasonic emulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Treatment effect was compared between two groups.Results After treatment, vision increased in two groups,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Intraocular pressure, goniosynechia degree significantly decreased in two groups,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Distribution of visual and intraocular pressure were improved in two groups,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Anterior chamber depth increased in observation group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Vision, anterior chamber depth in observation group were higher than control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Intraocular pressure, goniosynechia degree in observation group were lower than control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Distribution of visual and intraocular pressure in observation group were better than control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Ultrasonic emulsification can ues in treatment of patients with primary angle closure glaucoma and cataract, which can improve visual and intraocular pressure .
