摘　　要：目的 观察后腹腔镜联合膀胱电切镜治疗上尿路肿瘤的方法 及疗效.方法 采用腹腔镜联合膀胱电切镜,经腹膜后及膀胱途径,对26例上尿路肿瘤患者（其中14例肾盂癌、12例输尿管癌）行肾、输尿管、膀胱部分切除术.结果 26例均获得成功,手术时间120～220 min,平均手术时间（186±13.7）min,术中及术后无明显并发症发生,术后平均住院（10.6±3.2）d.随访5～36个月,无肿瘤复发病例.结论 后腹腔镜联合膀胱电切镜行上尿路肿瘤根治术是一种安全有效的微创方法 ,与传统开放手术和其他术式相比,具有痛苦小、并发症少、住院时间短、患者术后生活质量高等优点.Objective To investigate the method and effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopy combined with bladder resectoscope in the treatment of upper urinary tract tumors.Methods With laparoscopy combined with bladder resectoscope, retroperitoneal and bladder, 26 cases of upper urinary tract tumor patients, included 14 cases of carcinoma of renal pelvis, 12 cases of ureteral carcinoma, for kidney, ureter, bladder partial resection.Results 26 cases were successful, the operation time was 120 to 220 minutes, average （186 ± 13.7） min without obvious complications during and post operation, the mean postoperative hospital stay was （10.6 ± 3.2） days. During the follow-up of 5 to 36 months, no tumor recurrence.Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic combined with bladder resectoscope for upper urinary tract tumor resection is a safe and effective minimally invasive method, compared with traditional open operation and other operations, with less pain, fewer complications, shorter hospital stay, postoperative quality of life.
