煤矿井下职工心理调查与安全行为研究

摘　　要：设计了包含49个项目的煤矿井下职工心理与安全行为调查问卷,针对煤矿生产现场开展了问卷调查,取得有效问卷398份,采用SPSS19.0软件进行了信度、效度检验,调查测试结果符合要求。研究表明,煤矿企业在夜班和早班、中班的下半段时间,应特别注意防止职工的不安全行为,职工班组的群体因素对防止不安全行为影响显著,煤矿职工安全意识水平及敏锐识别危险征兆的能力亟待提高。The questionnaire that contains 49 projects on psychological and safety behavior of the underground coal mine workers is designed, the questionnaire survey for coal mine production site is car- ried out, and 398 valid questionnaires are obtainetl, the reliability and validity tests of the questionnaire data are conducted by using the SPSS19.0 software, the result show that the test results can meet some relative requirements. The research results further indicated that the coal enterprises should pay special attention to prevent the unsafe behavior of workers in the night shaft and the next half of the time of morn- ing shift and middle shift, the group factor of staff team has a significant effect on preventing unsafe be- havior of works, besides that, the safety awareness level and the ability to identify dangerous signs of mine workers should be strengthened.
