摘 要:针对传统近海藻类监测的局限性,提出了一种新的藻类监测的方法。利用435 nm的激光器作为激发光源,得到波长为685 nm左右的藻类荧光图像,以发出的荧光强度图像的灰度值大小来表征水中藻类的浓度。通过实验确定了激发激光器的功率以及检测样品室的高度,结果表明,合理设计激发激光器的功率与检测样品室的高度,可以得到藻类浓度与荧光图像的灰度值之间的线性关系,为无人驾驶环境监测船提供了新的藻类检测方法。Aimed at the limitations of traditional offshore algae monitoring,this paper proposes a new method of algae monitoring. Using 435nm laser as the excitation light source,fluorescence images of algae at wavelength 685nm were obtained,the concentration of algae in the water was characterized by gray value of the fluores-cence intensity. The power of the excited laser and the height of the sample chamber were determined by exper-iments,the results show that it can get the relationship between algae concentration and the gray value of fluo-rescence image is linear through reasonable design of the power and height of the sample chamber. It provides a new detecting method for unmanned environment surveillance ship.
