减肥保健品中西布曲明的近红外光谱法快速测定

摘　　要：采用近红外漫反射光谱法结合小波变换-人工神经网络算法,用于减肥保健品中西布曲明的无损含量测定。光谱预处理采用一阶导数,于7600~5200cm^(-1)波段建模。西布曲明预示集平均回收率分别为93.4%,RSD分别为2.0%。t检验结果显示,本法所得结果与HPLC法无显著性差异,可用于基层单位对减肥类保健食品中西布曲明的监督检验。A near-infrared diffuse reflectance analysis combined with the algorithm of wavelet transform with arti- ficial neural network （NIR-WT-ANN） was established for non-destructive quantitative determination of Sibutramine in Weight-loss Healthy Food. First derivative spectra preprocessing method was used and spectral regions 7600 - 5200cm -1 were selected to develop mathematical models. The average recovery for prediction set samples of Sibutramine was 99.6%, with RSD of 2. 0%. The result of t test showed that there was no significant difference between the proposed method and conventional HPLC method.
